This proposal explores a high-density mixed-use development integrating a hotel, retail spaces, and co-working facilities into a dynamic urban environment.

A vertical circulation strategy organizes the diverse programs within the tower. A prominent escalator extends from the ground floor to the fourth-floor retail and co-working spaces, activating the public interface and enhancing accessibility. Hotel functions occupy the upper levels above the sixth floor, while an intermediate amenity floor provides shared facilities and social spaces for guests. A pedestrian bridge connects the development directly to the adjacent MRT station, establishing a seamless link between the building and the urban transportation network.
