The client, Esquel Group, is one of the world’s leading textile manufacturers with a long-standing commitment to sustainability and innovation. Their Integral campus in Guilin required a design that could respect the region’s iconic limestone mountains, rivers, and mist-filled landscape.
The project was led by Chief Architect Ronald Lu & Partners, with RCPA Architects & Associates serving as the partner architect, collaborating to shape a campus that harmonizes industry with nature. RCPA’s main focus was on the design of public and operational buildings – including the visitor center, office, R&D facilities, library, and auditorium – all designed to sit lightly within the landscape while supporting Esquel’s vision for a modern, sustainable industrial environment.
