Located at the prominent intersection of Nanjing East Road and Songjiang Road, the project was jointly developed by Taiwan Glass and Fubon Group. In response to regulations requiring high-rise buildings over 50 meters in height to comply with falling-object setback requirements,RCPA+ adopted a double-wall façade system as the project's defining architectural strategy.
Defined by a restrained and highly refined architectural language, the building responds to the surrounding cityscape with clarity and precision, offering a calm and ordered presence within one of Taipei's busiest urban districts.
