Conceived as a catalyst for future development, the project serves as a demonstration master plan intended to attract development partners for the surrounding urban blocks.

The overall proposal integrates residential towers, a hotel, retail spaces, and office buildings, establishing a mixed-use district with a diverse urban program. In response to the site's strong prevailing winds, the design employs a series of terraced landscapes to moderate the microclimate and create a sheltered central plaza that connects the individual buildings.

Greenery extends from the podium to the building façades, forming a continuous vertical landscape that enhances the site's ecological and urban character.
